| 摘 要： | 建立丹参药材中丹参素钠的含量测定方法；方法：HPLC法测定，以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶（ODS）为填充剂，色谱柱Dirmonsil C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），甲醇溶液和1％醋酸水溶液（15：85）为流动相，流速1mL·min-1；检测波长280nm；柱温：25℃；结果：丹参素钠在0．12812．8μg范围内与其峰面积值呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9996），所测回收率均大于97％，RSD小于2．O％，线性良好；结论：本方法简便易行，结果稳定可靠，可用于丹参药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine sodium danshensu in Chinese herbal medicine Danshen. METHOD An HPLC method was adopted. ODS column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid （15：85） and the UV detective wavelength was set at 280nm. RESULTS The calibration curve showed a good linear correlation within the concentration range of 0. 128-12.8μg（r=0. 9996）. The average recovery was 98. 59 % with the RSD of 1.11% （n=6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of herbal medicine Danshen. |
