浅论教师职业定位与教师教育

摘    要:通过探讨我国教师地位的历史变化过程及现代课堂中教师职业角色的重新定位,建议实施案例教学,情境教学和角色扮演等方法,强化教师教育中的角色转变与身份认同,鼓励教师更新观念,接受继续教育。

Abstract:By studying the historical changes in occupational status of teachers to discuss the establishment of the teaching profession role and the approaches and methods of teacher education,strengthen teachers' education in role transformation and identity,to encourage teacher to update their concepts,to receive further education.
