| 摘 要： | 通过对河南省各高校体育方面的专家、教授的访谈及问卷调查,了解到河南省体育教师、体育竞技人才、裁判员、体育社会指导员、体育俱乐部的经营开发管理人员、体育俱乐部或者体育公司的教练员、大小型体育赛事的组织策划人才等各种体育人才的现状和需求情况,并提出相应的对策和建议.
