| 摘 要： | 中小企业已成为美国技术创新的重要源泉,美国政府非常重视对中小企业技术创新的法律规范,先后制定和实施了一系列与中小企业技术创新有关的法律,形成了相对独立的中小企业技术创新法律体系,为中小企业技术创新政策的制定和政策管理提供了法律依据。

| Abstract: | Small&medium -sized enterprises have become an important source of technological innovation in U.S.A..The American government places a special emphasis upon its legal regulation,formulates and implements a series of acts,which are connected with technological innovation.Thus it forms relatively independent legal system,which provides the legal evidence for the policy making of technological innovation of small&medium-sized enterprises and government administration. |
