| 摘 要： | 随着中国市场经济体系的不断完善,中国的家族企业迎来了大的发展时机,但也面临着严峻的挑战,其中较突出的问题就是家族企业的融资问题。资金问题成为家族企业可持续化发展的一个重要制约因素,引进外资日渐成为家族企业融资的重要手段之一。本文以浙江省家族企业为调查对象,对浙江省家族企业利用外资现状、制约因素等进行了研究,对家族企业引进外资提出了相应的对策与建议。
