| 摘 要： | 培养学生“学会学习”，有自主学习的能力是教育的重要目标。也成为学校教育的重心。以大学非专业英语的新生为对象，进行为期一学期英语自主学习能力培养的实验研究，结果显示出：经过学习策略的训练，学生的自主学习能力和英语成绩都得到了提高。
