摘    要:本文通过对我省国有企业负责人经营业绩考核和薪酬工作历程的回顾,对考核薪酬管理办法成功做法进行了翔实的阐述,深入解析了存在的问题和难题,提出进一步建立健全企业负责人激励约束体系,完善经营业绩考核和薪酬管理体系的相应对策。

Abstract:Through an review on the performanee evaluation and salary management of responsible persons for state-owned enter- prises in out province, a detailed interpretation of the successful measures in salary management was carried, and the problems existing are deeply analyzed in this paper. Corresponding coun- termeasures for the further establishment of an incentive and constraint system for enterprise responsible persons and the im- provement of performance evaluation and salary management system are also proposed in this paper.
