| 摘 要： | 学生干部是高职院校学生自我管理的一种重要形式,也是高校管理体系的重要组成部分,高校要想提高学生管理水平,必须重视和加强学生干部队伍建设,发挥学生干部在高职院校学生管理中的作用。本文根据现有的研究资料,结合自己的学生管理经验,在阐述学生干部在高职院校管理体系中作用的基础上,就高职院校如何加强学生干部队伍建设阐述了自己的意见,以期能够给高职院校学生干部队伍建设提供一些帮助。

| Abstract: | The student cadre is an important form of students＇ self-management in higher vocational colleges, and an important part of college management system. Therefore, in order to improve the level of student management. Colleges should focus on enhancing the construction of student cadre team and give full play to the role of student cadre in higher vocational college student management. In accordance with the present materials and the writer＇s own experience of student management, this paper expounds how to enhance the construction of student cadre team in higher vocational colleges, aiming to provide some help for the construction of student cadre team in higher vocational colleges. |
