| Abstract: | Way of thinking is a bridge of language and culture. For the most part, the Chinese English-learners have difficulty with the way they should understand tenses. The author attempts to make a breakthrough in the traditional one, in the broad context of the English culture, to build up a complete system on English tenses and these across-cultural thinking by tracing the cultural source,by analyzing their structures and by following the meanings philosophically and mathematically. |
