| 摘 要： | 魁北克分离主义一直是加拿大联邦政治的难题,即魁北克问题。加拿大双语框架下多元文化政策的实施,对于孤立和遏制魁北克分离主义势力功不可没,但魁北克问题并没有因此得到根本解决,某些方面甚至更加恶化。
