| 摘 要： | 体育教风是提高学校体育质量的关键。它是教师思想作风、工作作风和教学风格的特征表现，由五方面内容构建而成：（１）正确的教育思想；（２）高尚的敬业精神；（３）严谨的治学态度；（４）先进科学的教学方法；（５）人格风范的教育力量。体育教风不正及其对策需要在数量与质量、管理与使用、待遇与稳定三个问题上探索解决。

| Abstract: | The teaching style of physical education is the key to improve the quality of school'sphysical education. Being characteristecs of the teachers' styles of thoughts,work and teaching,teachingstyle consists of five parts:(1) Correct thought of education;(2 ) Noble spirite of dedieation;(3)Rigorous attitude of scholarship;(4)Advanced and scientific methods of teaching;(5)Good examplesfor students'behaviour.The key to improvel the teaching style is to solve the problems on the qualityand quantity,pay and stability,use and management. |
