| 摘 要： | 职业道德意识与公民道德意识紧密联系,从静态的理论层面来看,它们在根本上都是一种基于契约关系的道德意识,前者是后者不可分割的部分;从动态的现实层面来看,职业道德意识还可以成为后者实现的重要途径和载体,尤其在中国的现实中,职业道德意识的缺失严重阻碍了公民道德意识的发育和培养,需要我们给予特别的关注。

| Abstract: | In static theoretical analysis, professional ethics as a convent relationship is part of civic virtues. In dynamic praxis, professional ethics can be a channel to and a realization of the latter. In present China the inadequacy of the former hinders the cultivation and development of civic virtues, which should have more of our attention. |
