| Abstract: | The author of "Biancheng"described the cycle and exchange of seasons in a elaborate way. The author used the imagery of "hot" and "cold" as the structure of the novel;whereas "hot" and "cold" not only indicate the weather,but symbolize the rise and fall of life. Thus,by describing the exchange of seasons and the transition from hot to cold, the author shows us a structure of seasonality. |
