| 摘 要： | 我国是一个人力资源丰富的国家,女性人口占总人口的1/2,但女性人才资源却十分贫乏。其原因有社会和自身两方面,致使在现实中仅有极少数女性人才脱颖而出,而相当一部分女性人才则被埋没。使其学识和价值不能得到充分的发挥和实现,导致女性人才资源浪费,这对国家和人类社会的进步和发展都造成了无法估量的损失。因此,研究女性人才埋没具有特殊的现实意义。本文从经济的角度对女性人才埋没进行了分析,并提出了一些开发女性人才资源的可行性措施。

| Abstract: | Our country is a rich human resources country, half of the population is women population, but women talent resource is so poor, there are two factors of society and oneself, which causes that a few women talents are exploited, most of women talents are stifled. Their knowledge and ability are applied fully, which leads to waste women talent resources, further, the development of nation and human society is prohibited. Thus, the research of stifling women real talents has special and real meaning. The article analyzes the factors of stifling women real talent from economic angle, and puts forward some feasible measures of opening up women talent resources. |
