| 摘 要： | 高等院校的多校区办学给校园安全管理带来新的问题和挑战。多校区高校校园安全管理的关键在于根据多校区校园安全管理存在的问题完善相应的管理机制。本研究以A大学为个案，分析其在安全管理上存在的问题及其影响因素，并从安全管理运行机制的构建、“人防”、“物防”、“技防”的防范机制、制度建设为主体的约束机制以及经验方法的总结机制四个方面提出了A大学优化多校区安全管理机制的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Multicampus Universities and colleges bring new problems and challenges to the campus security management. The key to multi -campus security management is to improve the management mechanism based on the multi - campus security problems. Our research is based on the case study of A University and we will analyses the problems and its influencing factors in its security management. In this paper, we will propose policy recommendations to A University to optimize its multi - campus securi- ty management in four aspects as follows. First, the construction of security management mechanism. Second, the prevention mechanism through people, goods and technology. Third, institutional construction as the main constraint mechanism. Last but not least, mechanism to summarize the empirical methods. |
