| 摘 要： | 素质教育注重学生各方面素质的发展和提高,在竞争日益激烈的现代社会,心理素质的健全更为重要.对人才的要求不仅要具有渊博的知识、高尚的道德修养和健壮的体魄,还必须具有良好的意志品质和自强不息的进取精神.挫折教育是心理健康教育中的重要内容,通过开展挫折教育培养青少年一代坚韧的毅力和坚强的意志品质,增强对挫折承受能力,对于素质教育的全面推行具有促进作用.

| Abstract: | We propose qualified education which aims at improving students' potentiality in variety of aspects, in the morden society full of strong competition, it is more important for students to have a sound psychological quality. Our requirement toward the talented person is not only erudite knowledge ?noble morals and strong body but also perfect persistence . Frustration education is main content of sound psychological education . We cultivate younger generation to have a quality of persistence and strong mind . strengthen their capability against frustration by way of developing frustration education . It promoted development of qualified education to the fullest extent . |
