摘    要:评估城市地下空间资源质量是合理利用城市有限土地、提高城市土地资源利用率的前提。在分析地下空间开发利用条件的基础上,本文提出城市地下空间资源三维质量的可变模糊评价思路与方法。以广东省佛山东平新城地区为例,根据层次分析法建立评价指标体系,采用Voxel模型对评价区域进行三维剖分,建立断裂面三维缓冲区,定量计算三维缓冲区内各评价单元体顶点上的影响因子值,计算各指标的相对隶属度,按照主题层计算评价区域内各节点的评价结果。结果表明:可变模糊集理论能够解决评价因子的模糊性和不完备性,更为真实地反映了地下空间质量的相对性;将地质体约束引入到评价单元体划分及空间插值过程中,可以有效削弱数据变异性对评价结果的影响,尤其是在断裂三维缓冲区模型的建立及指标定量化工作中,能够细化断裂在三维评价中的影响作用,降低评价模型的不确定性。

Abstract:Quality assessment for urban underground space resources is the prerequisite for the rational use of urban land and improvement of urban land resource utilization. Based on an analysis of underground space development conditions,using variable fuzzy theory and AHP methods,a quality assessment method constrained with 3D geological modeling for urban underground space resources was conducted here. An assessment factors system and their weights should be established. The study area,Dongping New Town of Foshan City in Guangdong,was partitioned in 3D with the Voxel data structure. Faults’ surfaces in the study area are extended into the 3D buffer area and their corresponding factors on vertexes are quantified in the buffer area. Values of all factors on each vertex were calculated. Then,the relative membership degree was obtained according to the Variable Fuzzy Set theorem and the final result according to AHP methods. The assessment result of the study area shows that the Variable fuzzy theory can solve ambiguity and incompleteness of the evaluation factors. It reflects the relativity of underground space quality in a more realistic way. The influence caused by data variability can be decreased when the constraints of geological bodies were considered during spatial interpolation. The establishment of a 3D fault buffer area and quantifying the fault factor can describe the impact of faults in detail,which leads to more precise results.
