| 摘 要： | 基于图书馆的社会文化和信息环境的变化，文章论述了图书馆服务内容与方式演化的5个阶段，即从早期的外借、阅览等文献实体服务，到近代以来出现的书目信息服务、参考咨询服务、信息检索服务，再到20世纪90年代以来兴起的网络化知识服务等，以及相应的服务方式和特点；并简要指出了图书馆性质和图书馆工作者角色的转变。

| Abstract: | Based on the changes of social culture and information environment of the library, the paper discourses upon the five evolutional phases of the models of library serviees, namely earlier doeumentary entity services such as book lending, reading; bibliographical information service, reference service and retrieval serviee in modern times; cyberizing knowledge service since 1990s etc. and the types and characteristies of services respectively; also it points out briefly the transformations of character of the library and the librarians. |
