| 摘 要： | 篮球后备人才梯队建设是我国竞技篮球赶超世界先进水平的捷径。在通过对我国篮球竞技后备人才的体能状况、基本技术等进行调查分析的基础上，在培养体制、体能训练及基本技术等方面提出我国篮球竞技后备人才培养的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The reserve forces construction is the short cut for our basketball to exceed advanced world level. Through analyzing and investigating into physical efficiency and basketball basic skills and so on, this thesis is to provide the countermeasure for our reserve basketball talents training in such aspects as training system, physical fitness and basketball basics training. |
