| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对我国13名健将级女子铁饼运动员的竞技能力各组成要素进行了研究，建立了竞技能力结构模型，揭示了竞技能力各决定因素作用大小，揭示我国优秀女子铁饼运动员整体竞技能力特征，提出了提高我国优秀女子铁饼运动员竞技能力对策。

| Abstract: | It made some research on the sport performance which affected 13 elite woman discus throwers with the methods of documentation,questionnaire,investigation and mathematical statistics. The sports ability's structure model of elite women's discus throwers of China has been established and decisive factor of sports ability has been drawn.It has proposed countermeasures on how to improve the sports ability for them. |
