| 摘 要： | 科学技术是人类社会的重要活动方式之一，科学技术的进步和发展直接推动人类社会的进步和发展。然而由于社会生活的复杂性，某些科学技术活动对整个社会起到负面和消极作用。产生这些负面影响的原因有人类认识方法的局限性、人化的缺乏和社会政治经济因素的制约等。
