| 摘 要： | 舞狮是我国一项历史悠久,且具有鲜明、独特民族风格的民间传统娱乐活动。随着舞狮运动的发展和普及,它已越来越受到人们的青睐与喜爱。笔者运用文献资料法,对我国舞狮的起源、分类及发展情况进行初步探讨,以进一步继承和发扬舞狮运动的优秀文化内涵及其新时代赋予的精神内涵,促进民族传统体育项目的传承和民族传统体育文化的传播。

| Abstract: | Lion dance has a long history in China.It is a typical traditional Chinese folk sport. With its development and popularity,it attracts more and more people.By means of documents, the paper conducts a study on the origin,classifications and development of lion dance in order to inherit and disseminate this traditional Chinese sport and its culture. |
