| 摘 要： | 学生干部是沟通学生与老师之间的纽带,学生干部素质的高低、工作能力的强弱直接影响着高校学生管理工作的质量和效率。本文旨在通过对多元文化视野下高校学生干部队伍管理面临的问题及成因分析,从而提出提升高校学生干部队伍管理有效性的策略,力求对改善当前我国学生干部队伍管理的理论和实践起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The student cadre is the link to communicate the teacher and the students,the quality of student cadres,working ability directly affects the quality and efficiency of university student supervisory work.This article aims at the problems and causes of colleges and universities management from the multicultural perspective,thus put forward strategy to promote the effectiveness of university student cadre management,strive to play a certain reference role to improve the theory and practice of student cadres management. |
