| 摘 要： | 为了认真落实第三次全教会上提出的“学校教育要树立健康第一”的指导思想 ,教育部于 2 0 0 2年 8月 12日印发了《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的通知。“纲要”的印发 ,标志着我国高校体育课程教学新时期的开始。为确保这一工作的顺利实施 ,构建一个即符合现代教育理念 ,又利于全面育人氛围且便于操作的高校体育课程教学质量监控体系与机制 ,是当前各高校全面落实新“纲要”工作中的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The distribution of Essentials marks the beginning of the new era of P. E. education in our institutions of higher learning. To ensure the successful implementation of it, we need establish a quality control system and mechanism of P. E. education in institutions of higher learning, which not only accord with modern education theories, but also create a good atmosphere of all staff joining in the educating, and operate easily. This is an important subject of the implementation of the new essentials for the institutions of higher learning at present. |
