| 摘 要： | 高校产业是高校的重要组成部分，高校产业如何选择其管理模式，直接影响到高校产业的发展。本文从高校产业的实际出发，对高校产业管理模式进行了理性分析，并对如何选择高校产业管理模式提出建议，强调只有采取企业制管理模式，使高校企业成为独立自主的法人实体和市场主体，才能使高校企业快速、健康发展。

| Abstract: | College-owned enterprises are very important part of college development. The management models have direct influence on the development of college - owned enterprises. Based on the reality of college - owned enterprises, this article analyses some management models adopted by college - owned enterprises, and suggests how to choose management models for college -owned enterprises. The author emphasizes that only when college - owned enterprises operate under the model of enterprise system and become independent legal entities and market entities, can a fast and healthy development of college - owned enterprises be achieved. |
