| 摘 要： | 犯罪学体系即犯罪学研究对象的结构关系。它有两种含义，即作为犯罪学教科书的体系和作为犯罪学学科群的体系。改革开放30年来，我国犯罪学研究得到了迅猛发展，形成了自己独立的学科体系。中国犯罪学体系研究30年的发展史，说明了我国对犯罪学体系的认识是逐步提高的——由浅入深，由片面走向全面。
