| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义民生建设作为中国特色社会主义的重要内容，有其鲜明的实践特色、理论特色、民族特色和时代特色。实践特色，就是指中国特色社会主义民生建设立足于实践，突出了实践先行的品格，尊重人民群众的首创精神，在改革开放中推进民生建设。理论特色，是指中国特色社会主义民生建设重视理论总结和理论创新，围绕“建设一个什么样的民生，怎样建设民生”这个主题，形成了一个与时俱进的科学的理论体系。民族特色，就是指中国特色社会主义民生建设在坚持马克思主义民生思想的基础上，结合中华民族的民族属性和民族历史发展，使中国特色社会主义民生建设具有了民族内容、民族形式和民族风格。时代特色，是指中国特色社会主义民生建设反映了时代精神，是在总结国内外改善民生的历史时代经验教训的基础上形成和发展的。

| Abstract: | Socialist people’s livelihood construction with Chinese characteristics as the important content of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which has distinct features of practice, theory, national and times. Practical features is that socialist people ’s livelihood construction with Chinese characteristics is based on the practice, highlights the character of“practice being the foremost”, and respects for people’s creative initiative, and advances people’s livelihood construction during reforming and opening. Theoretical features is that socialist people’s livelihood construction with Chinese characteristics pays attention to theoretical summary and theoretical innovation, forms a progressive scientific theoretical system around the theme of“building what kind of people’s livelihood and how to build people’s livelihood”. National features is that socialist people’s livelihood construction with Chinese characteristics adheres to Marxist people’s livelihood thought, Combines with Chinese national property and history, and has national content, form and style. Times features is that socialist people’s livelihood construction with Chinese characteristics reflects the spirit of the times, and forms on the basis of summing up historical experience in our country and abroad. |
