| 摘 要： | 基于安徽省16个地级市的横截面数据，运用Topsis方法比较分析安徽省各城市的竞争力，结果表明安徽省各城市由于在自然区位、社会区位和产业结构因素方面的差异存在发展不均衡的问题，城市发展在综合经济、财政金融、国内贸易、对外开放与依存、城镇化水平、居民生活、教育与科技、环境水平8个方面存在显著差异。在成因分析的基础上，认为支持落后城市发展，发挥比较优势，政府适度引导，完善科技体系和重视生态坏境保护是促进各城市协调发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This article concludes an analysis of urban competiveness of Anhui province as well as the reasons for the differences based on topsis method using the cross sectional data of 16 cities in Anhui. It ’s found development differences among the 16 cities are significant on hands of general economic, finance, domestic trade, international trade, urbanization, living standard of residents, technology, education and the environment quality. The reasons include natural factors, social factors and the difference of industrial structure. Suggestions for improving competiveness and synergetic development are also provided including supporting backward cities, making full use of comparative advantages, enhancing government guidance, valuing and improving technology, education and the environment quality. |
