| 摘 要： | 项目评审不会提高一个开发项目的成功几率,却可以降低开发者的失败几率,因为它避免了一个很可能会失败的项目被投入开发。采用集值统计的思想对项目评审问题建立了数学模型,充分考虑了评审过程中人的心理因素的影响,根据专家的打分动态确定模型中的权向量,使之更为合理地反映客观情况,并以实例验证该模型操作简单、易于推广。

| Abstract: | A project appraisal can not increase the success of a development project,but it can decrease the failure of developers by preventing a project which is likely to faild from the start.In this article,a mathematical model of project appraisal is put forward,which is based on set-valued statistics and covers the influence of people's psychological factors on appraisal.The weight vector in the model varies with the scope of opinion score that is put by the experts so as to reflect the reality in a more reasonable fashion.And an example is given at last to demonstrate the model. |
