基于DACUM认识高职教育课程观

摘    要:高等职业教育需要符合高等职业教育自身规律的人才培养模式及其课程观.注重发挥学生的主观能动性和主体性,以突出实践环节激发学生学习动机,强调通过情景建构培养学生面向职业岗位的实际工作能力.DACUM(教育课程开发)吸收建构主义课程观原理,构建以能力培养为中心的教学模式,其对高等职业教育教学改革的示范性值得进一步实践和探索.

Abstract:It is necessary for the high vocational education to meet with the curriculum and the mode to train the talents,which must accord with its rule. The constructivism curriculum attaches importance to train the students' practicing working ability by constructing the situation,so that their initiative and motive can be inspired further.DACUM(Develop A Curriculum) absorbs the principle of constructivism curriculum and establishes an ability-centered teaching mode,which is deserved to be practiced and explored for its teaching reform model.
