| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析首先指出了国有知识产权流失的严重性和对其进行研究的迫切性 ,然后综述了我国学者就国有知识产权流失的形式、原因及其治理对策等方面所进行的研究 ,最后指出了国有知识产权流失问题研究中需解决的几个问题。
