| 摘 要： | 市场经济是法制经济,更应该是道德经济,市场经济管理离不开管理道德。在社会主义市场经济条 件下,良好的管理道德有利于提高管理者素质,有利于增强企业的国际竞争力,有利于企业开发人力资源,有利于企业实现效益最大化,它对社会主义市场经济的发展具有不可或缺的作用。然而,我国目前既面临着管理道德沉沦的严峻形势,又面临着作为成员国所带来的日益激烈的国际竞争,所以将“法治”与WTO“德治”相结合,规范经济行为,抑恶扬善,为社会主义市场经济的发展扫清道路,加强管理道德建设刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | Market economy is the valid economy, what's more, it should be a moral economy. The market economy must combine with administrative morality, on condition of the socialist market economy. Administrative morality can improve managers' quality, enhance the international competence of the enterprise, exploit human resources and realize the maximum of the enterprise's profit, which is necessary to develop the socialist market economy. However, at present, China is facing the severe situation of administrative moral degradation and the increasingly fierce internationalcompetence as China joined the WTO. China combining law with morality can regulate the action of the economy, punish the evil and encourage the good which can develop the socialist market economy. So enhancing the construction ofadministrative morality is an urgent task. |
