| 摘 要： | 2004年,17个国家基础教育课程改革实验区将有首批初中毕业生面临毕业和升学,建立与新课程相适应的高中招生制度势在必行。新的高中招生制度应将初中毕业生学业考试的成绩和综合素质评定的结果作为招生录取的主要依据;同时通过建立包括高中学校加试在内的多样化、个性化的高中招生制度,真正改变以升学考试科目分数简单相加作为唯一录取标准的做法。

| Abstract: | In 2004, the first batch of junior high school students in the 17 experimental areas of elementary educational curriculum reform will graduate and expect to enter the senior high schools, so it is imperative to institute the high-school enrollment system in accordance with the new curriculum. In the new high-school enrollment system both the achievement test and comprehensive quality evaluation results should be regarded as the main basis for recruitment; meanwhile we should set up the diversified and individual high-school enrollement system including the added tests in the high schools to achieve the aim of changing the practice of recruiting students only by simply adding the scores of all subjects in the examination. |
