| 摘 要： | 受城乡二元结构的体制性约束，农民工与城市居民在社会地位上存在着种种差别，农民工在社会结构中的弱势地位无论对于农民工自身，还是其家庭及社会都产生了深远的影响。要从根本上解决农民工问题，必须扩大县域经济，把农村就业放在更加重要的地位；推进城乡配套改革，消除二元结构所产生的体制性障碍；坚持保障农民工的土地承包权。
