| 摘 要： | 企业作为生态补偿关系中的重要利益相关方，其责任的承担与否及承担尺度很大程度上关系到生态补偿政策的成败。受传统思维影响，企业长期以来将承担生态补偿责任视为其经济利益获得的障碍，而事实上，企业只要制定正确的生态战略，加上外部政府和社会组织的支持，就可以形成政府、企业、社会三位一体的可持续发展模式，实现经济发展与环境保护的双赢。
