| 摘 要： | 城职院教学质量监控体系由标准系统、组织系统、信息系统、监控运行系统等4个子系统组成。这一体系的构建，突出了监控主体的多元化，重视教学过程监控与专项督查监控的结合，完善了监控机制与激励机制并重的管理制度，实行了校系两级教学督导机制，有效保证和促进了学校教学质量的提高。
