| 摘 要： | 以体育系田径普修中77名男生为研究对象，采用对比教学实验，比较在体育系跳高过杆技术教学中，联合使用辅助练习的教学与常规教学问的教学效果比较，结果发现，采用有针对性的辅助练习对于学生更好更快地掌握该技术大有帮助。

| Abstract: | In teaching the prostrate-style high jump skills , we design an experiment to compare the efficiency between general teaching way and the way attached to assistant exercises . The result show that the teaching way attached assistant exercises have a better teaching efficiency than the former one . |
