| 摘 要： | 由美国次贷危机引发的金融危机给住房公积金事业带来了巨大的冲击。随着金融危机影响的不断深入，住房公积金的扩面增量工作日趋困难，个人贷款业务日趋下降，增值收益日益缩减，住房公积金的功能也受到了一定影响。应通过创新管理体制、降低管理成本、扩大住房公积金贷款范围等措施，妥善应对各种复杂局面，实现住房公积金事业平稳健康发展。

| Abstract: | The financial turmoil aroused by the sub prime crisis in the USA has brought a great shock on the housing accumulation fund undertakings. With the development of the influence of the financial turmoil, it is more difficult to increase quantity of the housing accumulation fund and the personal loans. The benefits have been less and less. So the function of the housing accumulation fund has been influenced. Will it maintain a stable and healthy development of the housing accumulation fund undertaking only through innovating the management system,enlarging the range of the loans of the housing accumulation fund and properly dealing with the complicated situations. |
