| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计法，对甘肃省6所普通高校1388名大学生的体育生活方式进行分析研究，内容包括大学生从事体育活动的动机、形式、内容和影响因素等方面，并针对大学生体育生活方式存在的问题，提出相关的建议．
