| 摘 要： | 在我国现行辅导员制度存在人员配备不足、队伍不稳定的情况下，建设一支强有力的学生助理辅导员队伍对于缓和教师辅导员队伍的不足有很大的弥补与调和作用。在理清学生助理辅导员的定义、定位、形式与作用的基础上，建立、完善、深化学生助理辅导员制度，既能提高学生工作水平，又可实现学生的自我管理、自我服务与自我教育的目的。

| Abstract: | At present, as the current system of college counselors is eonfi＇onted with inadequate staging and troop instability, constructing a strong team of student counselor assistant could make a great contribution to ease the college counselor insufficiency. Therefore, to establish, to improve and to deepen the student counselor assistant system upon clarity of the definition, position, form and function of student counselor assistant will be helpful for not only increasing student counselors＇ work capability,but also for their practice of self- management, self- service and self- education. |
