| 摘 要： | 科技水平的发展、高校档案管理与国际接轨以及深层次开发档案信息资源的需要，对高校档案管理人员的素质要求不断提高。而当前高校档案管理人员则存在学历层次偏低、专业人员偏少、缺少创新意识等问题，不能适应时代的要求。据此，提出了提高思想认识、促进人才培养、建立奖惩制度、树立敬业意识等对策思考。

In view of this situation, a series of measures is offered. |
