| 摘 要： | 教师有序参与大学治理是建设社会主义政治文明,建立和完善中国特色现代大学制度的必然要求。教师有序参与大学的治理活动有着多种方式和途径,网络作为新媒介已深刻地渗入社会各领域,也是教师参与大学治理活动的方式和途径之一。网络媒介直接影响到大学治理中教师有序参与的动机、渠道方式、质量和效果,它是大学民主管理的重要手段。应高度重视和正确对待网络媒介对教师有序参与大学治理的影响。

| Abstract: | Teachers' orderly taking part in the university management is the inevitable requirement to build the socialist political civilization,establish and improve modern university system with Chinese characteristics.There are many methods and ways for teachers' orderly taking part in the university management,and the internet is one of them since it is used widely in different social fields as a new medium.As a main means for the democratic management in the colleges and universities,the internet-media have direct influence on the motive,ways,quality and effect for teachers' orderly taking part in the university management,so it should be stressed and correctly dealt with. |
