Nd_2O_3-NdF_3-LiF熔盐电解槽温度分布研究

摘    要:针对3KA电解槽温度实际分布研究的不足,通过设计实验装置实际测量了Nd2O3-NdF3-LiF熔盐电解槽内温度分布,并对其外部影响因素进行了分析.研究结果表明:电解槽内温度纵向分布是从上到下先升高再下降,横向分布是从阴极到阳极先下降再升高,电解过程中电化学反应主要集中在电解槽的中部,热量是影响温度变化的主要因素.

Abstract:The temperature distribution of electrolytic cell of Nd2O3-NdF3-LiF mol ten salt were measured by the designed experimental device due to insufficient r esearch of actual temperature distribution in 3KA electrolytic cell,and the ext ernal factors were also discussed.The results show that the temperature distrib ution rose from top to bottom firsting and then declined along the electrolytic cell,and it declined firstly and then increased from cathode to anode along the horizontal distribution.The electrochemical reaction mainly concentrates the c entral of cell,and the heat is the main factor affecting the temperature change s.
