| 摘 要： | 运用产业演化方法对我国研发产业进行分析可以发现,我国研发企业间分工将逐步细化,各研发企业的专业化程度将不断提高,这就与日益复杂化与多样化的研发需求产生矛盾,解决这一矛盾需要以适当的组织形式将各研发企业联合起来,将使用项目导向型组织的理论建立我国研发企业项目导向型合作组织模式的模型,并对其运行机制及作用机理进行研究.
