| 摘 要： | 本文对现有社会信息化测度案例中出现的几种不同的数据变换方法进行了比较研究,指出不同的数据变换方法可以对测度的结果产生显著影响,进而可能影响我们对社会信息化发展水平的正确判断和评估。文章进一步对变换本质及变换引起的问题成因进行了分析,认为通过选择恰当的数据变换方法,可以一定程度上消除由数据变换带来的不利影响。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a comparative study on the data-processing methods applied in several established cases of informatization measurement.It points out that different data-processing methods may lead to significant variations in the final result of measurement,which can be confusing and misleading in making sound appraisals and judgment.So it further analyzes the nature of data-processing and the causes of final data variations.It insists that by selecting the most appropriate method of data- processing for particular purpose,the variations caused during processing can be eliminated or at least be limited to an endurable level. |
