| 摘 要： | 西部大开发首先要开发知识资源，加强师范教育是开发知识资源的基础。高等师范院校在西部大开发中面临着难得的发展机遇，也面临着社会主义市场经济各种竞争所带来的严峻挑战。只有抓住机遇，迎接挑战， 高等师范院校才能在大开发中得到大发展。

| Abstract: | The westen exploitations should first develop the knowledge resources, while strengthening the teacher - training education can lay foundation for the resources. The teachers colleges face not only the rare opportunities but the rigorous tests brought about by the socialism market economy. Seizing the opportunities and facing the challenges, the teachers colleges can make great strides in the western exploitations. |
