| 摘 要： | 农民工对城市建设和发展起着重大作用,但由于体制障碍和自身素质等原因,农民工子女教育在城市受到了极不公平的对待。农民工子女的教育是一个必须要解决的问题。本文从分析农民工子女受教育现状出发,提出了解决对其教育的相关措施:改革不合理的户籍管理制度;鼓励公办学校对农民工子女敞开大门;低收入家庭实行教育补贴;实行灵活的教学管理体制;建立农民工教育管理机构或农民工教育协会。

| Abstract: | The peasant workers play a great role on the urban construction and development.But the peasant worker's children education has been treated extremely unfair in the city because of such reasons as the system obstacle and their own quality.The peasant worker's children education is a problem that must be solved.In this paper,analyzing from the current situation,relevant measures to solve the problem should be put forward as follows: reform unreasonable census management system,inspire the public school receiving the peasant worker's children,compensate for the lower income family,carry diverse teaching administration system,and set up related educational administration institute or the peasant worker education association. |
