| 摘 要： | 在现今可持续发展和核心竞争提升的新环境下,战略管理在图书馆的研究和应用变得尤为重要。本文以战略管理理论为基础探讨了图书馆战略的定义,还讨论了图书馆战略的类型。图书馆战略被划分为两大层次：图书馆组织战略和图书馆事业战略。作者还提出了一个新领域图书馆战略管理,它包括图书馆战略定位、图书馆战略选择和图书馆战略实施。

| Abstract: | In the new environment of sustainable development anti core competitive capability promoting, the research and application of strategic management on libraries has become particularly important. This article explores the definition of library strategy on the basis of strategic management theory, and discusses the levels and types of library strategy. Library strategy may be divided into two levels：library organizational strategies and librarianship strategies. The author also puts forward a new field library strategy management which include library, strategic position, library strategic choices,and library strategy into action. |
