Abstract:On the basis of analyzing in depth the structure characteristics and the relations of link length of center-setting crank-rocker mechanism, this article concludes the unequal relationship formulas between allowable transmission angle & minimum transmission angle as well as swinging angle of rocker,and puts forward an analytic method for designing center-setting crank-rocker mechanism according to minimum transmission angle, which is capable of satisfying the requirements of allowable transmission angle & minimum sum of the link length.
