| 摘 要： | 经济全球化带来了法律的全球化,也带来了仲裁制度的全球化。我国由于某些原因,使得《仲裁法》还存在着一些问题,这些问题影响了我国的仲裁及其制度走向全球化和国际化,因而《仲裁法》亟待完善。
